30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unused, unworn, and uninstalled
- In the original packaging with all parts and accessories
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, return the original product first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

- Please allow 8–21 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
